You’ve made a commitment to your health, maybe you’ve started walking more, eating better, or incorporating strength training into your weekly routine. That’s something to be proud of.
But how do you know if it’s working?
That’s where progress check-ins come in.
As your physician, I’m not just here for sick visits or urgent issues, I’m here to help you measure success, adjust your plan, and make sure your health goals are aligned with your current lifestyle and medical needs.
Why Check-Ins Matter
Just like you wouldn't drive across the country without checking the GPS, you shouldn’t pursue health goals without tracking your direction. Regular fitness and wellness check-ins allow us to:
Assess changes in weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol
Track mobility, balance, strength, and endurance
Review energy, mood, and sleep improvements
Adjust your exercise or nutrition plan based on current data
Revisit your goals and celebrate what’s working
Sometimes, your numbers improve before you notice the changes. Other times, you feel better long before it shows up on paper. Either way checking in ensures you're on the right path.
What to Expect in a Fall Fitness Check-In
Full vitals review
Updated lab work (if needed)
Discussion of physical activity levels
Joint/mobility screening if desired
Custom strategy to keep you moving through winter
Let’s Keep Your Momentum Going
The only thing more powerful than starting a new fitness habit is maintaining it. Let’s take 20–30 minutes to review your progress, refine your goals, and make sure you’re on track for the season ahead.
