Infrared therapy, including hand held and full-body infrared treatment, used for years in our practice has gained popularity for its known and potential health benefits across many body systems. Unfortunately, there is no real standardization making treatment system comparisons very difficult. Still though, for so many in our practice this is a therapeutic game-changer. Lets talk about some of the reported and documented

health benefits associated with infrared therapy.

  1. Pain Relief: Infrared therapy may help alleviate pain by increasing blood flow and promoting the relaxation of muscles. It's often used for conditions such as arthritis, muscle spasms, and joint stiffness.
