According to the time management firm Franklin Covey, one-third of resolutions made do not make it past the end of January.

Have you ever started the New Year with healthy habits and then fallen flat on your face?
Well, guess what, so have millions, and probably billions of others all around the world. In fact, we all want to have the best expectations of ourselves, but too often, stress and the workload of life get in our way. But it does not have to be this way!
Most times, we think stress and its concomitant effects are preventing us from achieving our goals, meanwhile, our habits are our greatest hindrance. You might wonder why we are our own worst problem.
This can be a hard pill to swallow sometimes but, the fact remains, we are our greatest problem. It all comes down to our choices, self-discipline, and creating long term habits that create health, peace and joy.
In order to achieve our goals (whatever they are), and be the best we can be, we have to first take care of the front lines. That means 'US!'
Your ability to care for yourself, plan your path and stay the course is what determines whether you will achieve that New Year’s healthy goal.
Helping you take excellent care of the "whole you" is one of the things we excel at. Our team thrives on helping our patients to be the best they can be.
Using healthy goal-setting is the way to get started. Write them down and reread them multiple times a day, especially before bed and first thing in the morning!
If you fail at your resolution attempt, don’t beat yourself up, and know you’re not alone. Just move on, have at it again and track your progress. You got this! Don't ever forget.
